As mentioned yesterday over at Walk in Silence, I’m taking it easy for the next few days due to an ear infection that is making my head throb and my hearing all wonky.
I am going to take a few more days’ rest and return to posting soon!
Oof. Completely forgot to write up a post for today! Sorry about that. I had to go into the office twice this week (necessitating me waking up an hour earlier than normal), for a few quarterly meetings with upper management. Those are now in the past tense. I also have nothing planned for the next few weeks, so hopefully next week I can kickstart my writing schedule again for April.
Anyway! I’ll be back again next week. See you then!
I hate to do fly-bys, but sometimes it’s gotta happen. I’ve got quite a bit on my plate this month so I’m going to take a week or so off from blogging so I can keep everything under control. *sigh* You’d think I’d remember by now that Novembers are stupidly busy for me.

I’ll be afk all next week, as we’ll be heading eastward to New England to visit friends and family, check out the foliage, and all that fun stuff. I have already created two mixtapes to listen to on the flight, and I shall be doing a full read-through of the Apartment Complex story just because I can. [I may also bring In My Blue World for some revision work as well.]
We shall return again on the 15th, hopefully with some nice pictures to share!
Yeah, I know, I used that subject line about this time last year. I have a good reason, though — I’ve been quite busy this past weekend, attempting to get In My Blue World revised, create the freebie postcards for it (and get them ordered), and also go see Yellow Submarine at the Castro Theater! I couldn’t pass up seeing one of my favorite movies from my childhood at a local theater I’ve been wanting to go to for ages.
On the plus side, I’m still relatively on schedule with this novel, which makes me happy.
Oh — and I may be making some pre-writing notes for a future Mendaihu Universe story that I will most likely start writing later in the year. As if I don’t have enough to do right now…

Monday’s blog entry my be a bit late, as we’ll be flying home from Anaheim that day. We’re taking a well-deserved long weekend break and decided the House of Mouse was an excellent choice.

Hey all! I’m not exactly up-to-my-neck busy and (I hope) the Day Job won’t be too stressful the next few days, but I thought I’d take a week off from blogging just to get my ducks in a row, Christmas presents ordered, novels written, errands done, book covers created, etc. I’m also in the midst of switching priority levels on my writing projects and want a clear head for that. You know how it is.

I’d completely forgotten today is Monday. This is what happens when you have a four-day weekend full of fun plans: you completely forget what day it is. Which means I’d completely forgotten to write up an entry for today.

Oh well, that’s okay. I have a few things in mind that I’d like to post about, though we’ll be heading out to San Mateo pretty soon for the last day of BayCon (in which I’m featuring on two panels). I’ll either post something later today or I’ll have something in the next day or so.
